RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange.
All items must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with ALL original tags and labels attached in its ORIGINAL packaging. If those are missing and/ or broken we will deduct the cost of the refund.Return shipping charges will be reimbursed by us.
We strongly recommend that you will use a trackable method to mail your return back to us, for example:
Royal Mail Tracked/ Signed
Royal Mail 1st Class
International Tracked
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of return postage to process your request. Refunds may take 1-2 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you per email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS:For defective or damaged products please contact us as soon as possible per email with photos of the damage. We will reserve the right to determine the next step, if a refund/ exchange is appropiate or not.
