RETURN POLICY
We are very grateful that you have chosen to support our small business.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for an exchange, full refund or store credit. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your order please follow the instructions below.
1. Fill in the details on the return form that is included in your package and send it with the return to us within 30 days upon delivery. If the items are returned to us later than 30 days upon delivery, they will be send back to you without any refund.
2. Make sure your clothes have all tags attached, the item(s) are unused and they are nicely folded, back in their original bags. If there are any stains or other dirt on the products a £5 charge will be deducted from your refund (per dirty item).
3. We do not offer free returns, so please be advised by your local post office and they will guide you to the cheapest and smoothest shipment. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method and keep hold of the proof of postage. We are not liable for lost/ missing returns that you have sent.
4. On receipt of your item it will be inspected. We will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected, please allow 7 working days for this. If a refund is awarded, your refund will be processed immediately and should show in your bank account within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email as soon as your return/ refund is processed.
5. For defective products please contact us directly via email including your order number, name and pictures of the product. We reserve the right to then decide if a free exchange/ full refund is applicable.
6. All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
